The hotel is in a great central location, in easy walking distance to shops and bars. The rooms are immaculate with very comfortable beds, and the air conditioning is very effective. The staff are friendly and helpful, really going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast is of a great quality with plenty of options to choose from.

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. This hotel was ideally located in the heart of this city and was within walking distance to the Christmas Market, which was amazing! The hotel facilities were really clean, particularly my room, which was spotless. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

We had a full English breakfast at much lower prices, the food was fresh.

The room was spacious and clean, big enough for my electric mobility scooter. Staff were responsive to my request for extra heaters and made sure the room was warm when I returned. The breakfast had a good selection and the poached eggs were perfect. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Accommodation was huge and efficient with fabulous staff to on duty manager.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel in the center of Nottingham. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area just outside of the city center. The staff, from the chambermaids to the receptionist, went above-and-beyond to provide excellent service. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also provided 24-hour room service, which was a great convenience. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant, it was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fitness studio, free Wi-Fi, and a business center available for guests to use. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and recently renovated, had caring staff and air conditioned rooms. The location was central, adjacent to cafe's, restaurants, clubs and bars, and there were a theater and main street near to the venue. Booked a room with incredible views of window...

The receptionist, Lucia, went above and beyond to help me, making me feel welcome and at ease. The room was spacious and comfortable, with extra amenities like robes and slippers. The Elemis freebies and fluffy towels were a lovely touch. And let's not forget about the breakfast - the selection was vast and delicious!
